Pricing and engagement models

Every Hexagon Digital engagement starts with a free discovery call and a written, fixed-scope quote before the build. Choose the shape of the work; we price the exact scope together.

How it works

A fixed-scope quote before the build

We do not publish a rate card because two projects with the same service name can differ in the number of systems, data quality, channels and support they need. The model below shows how we structure the work and what a quote covers.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

We map the workflow, the data, the tools and the result the business needs. No commitment to build.

  2. 02

    Written scope

You get a short document covering what is in scope, what is out, assumptions, risks and the success measure.

  3. 03

    Fixed-scope quote

We price the agreed scope and timeline in writing. Third-party usage costs are listed separately.

  4. 04

    Weekly demos

A working version is reviewed every week, so surprises surface early and the scope stays honest.

  5. 05

    Launch and handover

We test, launch, document and train your team. Code, access and ownership transfer at handover.

  6. 06

    Optional retainer

After launch, a run-and-improve retainer covers monitoring, fixes, evaluation updates and small improvements.

What changes the price

Scope, not a menu

These are the variables we review before quoting. The quote lists what is included and what sits outside it.

  • The number of systems and integrations involved
  • How ready and clean the source data is
  • Whether the work runs on web, phone, WhatsApp or several channels
  • Privacy, security and compliance requirements
  • The volume of content, creative or document processing
  • The level of monitoring and support after launch
  • Third-party API, telephony, messaging and model usage costs, billed separately at cost
FAQ

Pricing questions

Short answers to what businesses ask us first.

Why don't you publish a rate card?

A fixed rate would either overcharge a small first build or undercharge a complex one. We publish the engagement models and scope each project in writing, so the quote matches the actual work.

What does the discovery sprint cost?

The discovery sprint is a fixed fee quoted before it starts. The exact amount depends on how many workflows and systems we need to review. It is credited toward the build if you continue with us.

Can we start with one workflow instead of a full system?

Yes. Many clients start with one high-friction workflow, prove the result, then expand. The discovery sprint is designed to find the smallest build that proves value.

Are model, WhatsApp, telephony and API costs included?

No. Third-party usage is billed separately at cost, because it depends on your volume and the providers you choose. We estimate it in the quote and show it in the run costs.

Do you offer retainers after launch?

Yes. The run-and-improve retainer covers monitoring, fixes, evaluation updates, model and prompt upkeep, small improvements and a monthly review.

Do you work white-label for other agencies?

Yes. We deliver AI, automation, websites and apps behind the agency's brand, with documentation and a clear client-communication boundary.
